Domestic Services Guide providing Domestic Courier Services. Prime Space Logistics offers a range of services to suit your every need, from a Same Day Courier services, to Economy Road Freight services Nationwide. Domestic Courier Services
Dawn Courier Service – Available to main centres and local collection or delivery requirements, your Dawn Courier will be delivered by 09h00 on the next business day. We are able to provide this service to Regional centres however this must be confirmed with our offices in advance, and is subject to the area of service requested.Overnight Courier Service – Available to main centres and local collection or delivery requirements, your Overnight Courier will be delivered by 10h30 on the next business day. Service cost effective for consignments up to 2 kg. Regional centres will be serviced within 24 – 48 hours dependent on the remoteness of the area being serviced.Non Express Courier Service – Available to main centres and local collection or delivery requirements, your Non Express Delivery will be delivered by the next afternoon or within 48 hours. Serviced by road and air dependent on the destination selected, our Non Express Delivery product provides a more economic service, where time is not of the essence, for shipments between 2 and 7kgs. Regional centres will be serviced within 48 hours, dependent on the remoteness of the area being serviced.Economy Road Freight – Our Road Freight / Economy product offers clients a more economic means of delivery for any consignments over 7 kg that are not necessarily time sensitive. Available to all main centres local delivery areas, as well as regional centres this service is a 2 – 3 business day service. Please note all routes depart daily with the exception of the Cape Town route, which departs Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Collection Arrangements
Prime Space Logistics will arrange collection from your offices at a prearranged time or following your telephonic request. Please note that an hour at minimum is required from the time of your call to the time of any collection (main centers . Chargeable Mass and Dimensions
Prime Space Logistics will charge for all / any consignment based on the greater between the actual and the Volumetric mass of each parcel. The Volumetric factor for all courier services including Non Express Delivery is 5000, and for our Road Freight/Economy service, the factor applied is 4000. Please refer to our Volumetric Weight Calculator for further information, or simply use the following calculation to determine the Volumetric weight of any package presented for transport: Volumetric weight is equal to length (cm) multiplied by Breadth (cm) multiplied by Height (cm) divided by the Volumetric Factor applicable, e.g.
Volumetric Weight = L (cm) x B (cm) x H (cm)
